1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made on Vidhooshakan.com are non-refundable. Once a digital product (eBook, PDF) is purchased and the download link is provided, the transaction is considered complete and final.

This policy exists because:

• Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
• Once downloaded, the content has been fully delivered
• We provide detailed descriptions and previews before purchase

2. Before You Purchase

We encourage all customers to:

• Read the full product description carefully
• Review any available preview content
• Check the file format compatibility with your device
• Contact us if you have any questions before purchasing

3. Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
• Technical Issues: If the download link does not work and we cannot provide an alternative solution
• Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a completely different product than what was ordered

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order details.

4. Download Issues

If you experience any issues downloading your purchased content:

• Each download link is valid for 24 hours
• You can download the file up to 5 times
• If your link expires before downloading, contact us immediately
• We will provide a new download link if the issue is on our end

5. Cancellation

Since all our products are digital and delivered instantly after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed. The download link is sent immediately after successful payment.

6. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed.
